Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Techeor Technology, every project is carefully planned, managed, and executed using dedicated technical resources, development time, infrastructure, manpower, and operational efforts. By initiating a project, making payment, approving work, or continuing services with Techeor Technology, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Project Planning & Resource Allocation

Every project undertaken by Techeor Technology involves dedicated planning, requirement analysis, technical consultation, workflow structuring, server allocation, resource management, and milestone-based execution.

Once a project is confirmed, our team allocates developers, designers, technical experts, project managers, software tools, cloud/server resources, and operational bandwidth specifically for that project.

Due to the nature of digital services and resource commitment, payments made towards initiated work are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Advance Payments

All advance payments, booking amounts, consultation charges, onboarding fees, setup fees, token amounts, milestone payments, and partial payments made to Techeor Technology are strictly non-refundable.

This policy applies irrespective of:

  • Project completion status
  • Business closure by the client
  • Change of business plan
  • Client-side delays
  • Change of decision
  • Internal disputes of the client
  • Market conditions
  • Third-party platform restrictions

3. Work Initiation Clause

Once work has been initiated including but not limited to:

  • Requirement gathering
  • UI/UX designing
  • Mockup preparation
  • Wireframe creation
  • Development setup
  • Server configuration
  • API integration
  • CRM setup
  • Payment gateway setup
  • Automation implementation
  • Digital marketing setup
  • SEO configuration
  • WhatsApp/API integrations
  • Deployment preparation

no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.

4. Approval & Consent

Client approvals received through:

  • Email confirmation
  • WhatsApp messages
  • CRM approvals
  • Online forms
  • Checkbox acceptance
  • Digital confirmations
  • Payment confirmation
  • Verbal approvals

shall be treated as legally valid authorization to begin or continue work.

Once approval is received, associated payments become non-refundable.

5. Design & Development Approval

Once mockups, UI designs, layouts, wireframes, development stages, modules, or demo versions are approved by the client, all related payments become permanently non-refundable.

Any future changes, redesign requests, feature modifications, or structural changes requested after approval may involve additional charges and revised timelines.

6. Additional Work & Scope Expansion

Any additional requests made after project confirmation or after development initiation including:

  • New features
  • Module additions
  • API changes
  • Payment gateway replacement
  • Design changes
  • Functionality enhancement
  • Third-party integrations
  • Hosting/server migration
  • Automation upgrades
  • Revision requests beyond agreed scope

may lead to additional charges and updated delivery timelines.

7. Third-Party Services & Platforms

Charges paid towards third-party services including domains, hosting, APIs, SMS gateways, WhatsApp APIs, cloud services, software licenses, plugins, payment gateways, email services, external integrations, or marketing platforms are completely non-refundable.

Techeor Technology shall not be responsible for:

  • Account suspension
  • API rejection
  • Policy violations
  • Pricing changes
  • Downtime
  • Service interruptions
  • Platform bans
  • Third-party operational failures

8. Dormant, Delayed, or Inactive Projects

If the client fails to respond, provide required content, approvals, credentials, payments, or communication for more than 30 days, the project may be marked as dormant or inactive.

No refunds shall be provided for dormant, paused, abandoned, or delayed projects caused by the client.

Reactivation of dormant projects may involve additional charges.

9. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled by the client or mutually discontinued after initiation:

  • All completed work shall remain chargeable
  • Pending services may be terminated immediately
  • Previously paid amounts shall remain non-refundable
  • Outstanding dues, if any, shall remain payable by the client

10. Marketing & Promotional Services

SEO services, paid advertisements, social media promotions, sponsored campaigns, lead generation campaigns, and marketing services are non-refundable once initiated.

Techeor Technology does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings
  • Lead quantity
  • Sales conversion
  • Revenue generation
  • Ad performance
  • Platform approvals

as these depend upon market competition, algorithms, audience behavior, budgets, and third-party platform policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Techeor Technology be held liable for:

  • Business loss
  • Revenue loss
  • Profit loss
  • Operational interruption
  • Marketing loss
  • Data loss
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Server downtime
  • Indirect or consequential damages

The client acknowledges that all digital services involve technical and third-party dependencies beyond the reasonable control of Techeor Technology.

12. Right to Refuse Refund

Techeor Technology reserves the complete right to reject refund requests involving:

  • Completed work
  • Partially completed work
  • Approved work
  • Projects under progress
  • Violation of agreed terms
  • Abusive or fraudulent conduct
  • Client-side delays

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes related to refunds, cancellations, payments, services, or agreements shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
