Clients using our services acknowledge and agree that:

• They shall use the delivered website, application, CRM, automation system, or digital services only for lawful purposes.
• They shall not engage in illegal, fraudulent, misleading, unethical, defamatory, abusive, or prohibited activities using any service developed, managed, or delivered by Techeor Technology.
• They are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, taxation requirements, advertising standards, and industry-specific legal obligations.

3. No Monitoring Obligation

Techeor Technology does not continuously monitor, supervise, review, or control how clients operate or utilize delivered websites, applications, servers, marketing systems, CRMs, automation tools, APIs, or digital platforms after delivery or deployment.

The client assumes full operational, administrative, legal, and commercial responsibility after project approval, handover, deployment, or access delivery.

4. Third-Party Services & Platforms

Projects may involve third-party services including:

• Hosting providers
• Payment gateways
• Cloud infrastructure
• WhatsApp APIs
• SMS gateways
• Email providers
• Plugins & software licenses
• External APIs
• Advertising platforms
• Social media platforms

All such services operate under their own independent policies, pricing structures, terms, and technical limitations.

Techeor Technology shall not be held responsible for:

• Account suspension
• API rejection
• Policy violations
• Service interruptions
• Platform restrictions
• Downtime
• Pricing changes
• Third-party disputes
• Data loss caused by external providers

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Techeor Technology shall not be held liable for:

• Illegal activities conducted by the client
• Fraudulent business practices
• Misleading advertisements
• Scams or deceptive schemes
• Copyright or trademark violations
• Data misuse by the client
• Regulatory non-compliance
• Legal notices received by the client
• Third-party policy violations
• Business losses or operational interruption
• Revenue loss, profit loss, or reputational damages

Once the project, service, or deliverable is approved, deployed, transferred, or handed over to the client, the entire operational and legal responsibility shall rest solely with the client.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients retain ownership of content, logos, trademarks, media, and materials provided by them.

Techeor Technology retains ownership rights over:

• Custom frameworks
• Development methodologies
• Internal tools
• Reusable libraries
• Automation structures
• Source architecture
• Technical workflows

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party software, plugins, APIs, or services remain subject to their respective licenses and policies.

7. Client Content & Compliance

The client confirms that all content, media, data, products, advertisements, trademarks, documents, and business information shared with Techeor Technology are legally owned or authorized for use.

Any dispute, penalty, copyright claim, trademark issue, legal notice, or litigation arising from client-provided material shall remain solely the client’s responsibility.

8. Payment & Service Suspension

Techeor Technology reserves the right to:

• Pause development
• Suspend services
• Restrict access
• Delay deployment
• Disable deliverables
• Terminate support

in cases involving delayed payments, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, legal risks, policy violations, or non-cooperation from the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Techeor Technology, its employees, affiliates, contractors, partners, or service providers be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Special damages
• Consequential damages
• Business interruption
• Revenue loss
• Data loss
• Loss of reputation
• Cybersecurity incidents

The client acknowledges that digital services involve technical limitations, internet dependencies, and third-party infrastructure beyond reasonable control.

In any event, the maximum liability of Techeor Technology shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service directly related to the claim.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techeor Technology, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners against any:

• Penalties
• Damages
• Liabilities
• Losses
• Legal expenses
• Attorney fees

arising from:

• Client misuse of services
• Illegal business activity
• Fraudulent conduct
• Policy violations
• Copyright infringement
• Trademark disputes
• Client-provided content
• Regulatory non-compliance

11. No Guarantee Clause

Techeor Technology does not guarantee:

• Specific business growth
• Lead generation
• Sales conversion
• Revenue increase
• Search engine rankings
• Continuous uptime
• Error-free performance
• Third-party approval
• Future compatibility with changing technologies or policies

12. Digital Consent & Authorization

Approvals, confirmations, consents, or authorizations provided through:

• Email
• WhatsApp
• CRM systems
• Online forms
• Checkbox acceptance
• Payment confirmation
• Electronic communication

shall be treated as legally valid authorization and acceptance of applicable policies and agreements.
